    • Midnight Dreams it also depends how much weight you loose. If you loose 100+ then most likely you’ll have some loose skin.

    • doing muscle training parallel to your cardio workouts will help to reduce the loose skin issue too

    • I lost nearly 80 pounds several years back and had no loose skin at all. I did get some stretch marks, but it was worth it.

    • Midnight Dreams if you lose fat slowly and healthy by having a slight caloric deficit and exercise you will have some loose skin but it probably won’t be as bad as you think.

Cant I eat only oatmeal and fruit (like watermelons since I have watermelons)? I want to loose 15 kg in a month. I’m 47 kg and 144 cm which is really fat for a 12 year old πŸ™ . But I also dont want to loose my metabolism and my body keeping fat. Is my diet (the oatmeal and fruit) one effective?

    • IgotBangtanInYourArea WithRedVelvetCakes hello 😊.. of course you can lose weight just from eating less. and the result will fast too. i ever do that and my weight loss around 5kg in 1 week without exercise. but the long term effect is your metabolism will slow down, because your body will think you are starving. and you should know that if your weight loss is probably not from your fat, but water or protein 😭 because naturally the body will keep the fat as possible bcs it thinks you are starving (Instinct of survival, bcs we’re human) and the results is metabolism slow down = weight loss became more slowly too than before, (and please read article about yoyo diet). loss 15 kg in 1 month is dangerous and only last short term. 1/5-2 kg in 1 week is normal and fine 😊 the best way is cut calories (but still eting enough nutritious food) and exercise (even only 1 times per week like walk, running, cleaning your house, etc)

  • I recently just lost nearly the same amount of weight, and my tummy skin is loose and i cant get a flat tummy because of it! Like on my hands and knees it kinda sags down towards the middle because its loose and not tight/attached to my body and it sucks. Im 19 and i dont want to have to get surgery to removed it so young but its not THAT much skin but i want to know if your loose skin got any better? I was 180 and was a size 14/16 and now im 135 and a size 6/8
    If anyone has any tips id love help, im very self conscious about it and just ahhh i came so far and i just want to be comfortable in my new body

  • Thanks for sharing your story!! you are so beautiful. I went vegan at 14 and dropped my baby weight really fast. I was not healthy though. (eating a lot of refined sugar and junk) i was skinny and my periods became very sparse. I became more responsible and wise and leveled out to a healthy routine. About 2 years ago I started watching fully raw kristina and became obsessed with GIANT raw meals. I gained so much weight (about 15 lb) because I was never satiated and would binge after trying to stick to a raw diet. it’s just not for everyone. I love what you say about “eating what satiates you”!!
