The 7 day diet, enjoy it or despise it? Cabbage soup belongs of various diet strategies and has a zillion different names. I use it with the 7 day diet. I've been enjoying it up until now and also this diet never fails to give me my 10 extra pound weight management in 7 days. One point I enjoy about this Wonder Soup is that you can eat as much of it as you like. I recommend a diet that allows me to consume like a field monster whenever I wish to.

    • gaining tends to be a little slower. For gaining weight avocados, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, dates, bananas and other foods high in starch or healthy fats do wonders. The key is to eat lots of healthy but calorie dense foods. 🙂

  • so on the day you eat milk bananas and yogurt do I have to eat that or can I just eat the soup.

  • This is to be a need 10lbs off quick diet not ongoing​… just one week. And I tried it, and it worked! I did cheat my first day bc I’m on a high protein diet which I stopped to try this. The water wasn’t a issue bc u I drink a lot already. it was just going from protein to minimum, almost none. Dayc1 i cheated ☹️i ate homemade buffalo wings, day two I baked a sweet potato pie for 2 customers I ate a slice. other than that I stuck to the diet. If I felt too hungry no matter how much slip I took in I’d eat a little piece of real cheese, the block or a hand full of mixed nuts.
    On day three I was down 6.6 lbs. day four 8lbs so I did lose the weight and I was ahead. So thanks! I needed the detox and extra boost, my original diet had me ping ponging lately from 35-40lbs down since the end of September.

  • I’m going back on this diet. I havent been on it in two years, but has to stop because I found out I was pregnant. the other two times I was on it, I had to get my wedding dress altered because I had lost weight and the first time, my jeans were lose on me within 4 days.
